Why everything sits near the equator
Arabica needs a narrow band of altitude, rainfall, and temperature that only really exists between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn — roughly 23.44° north and south. BeanMap draws that band, the Bean Belt, straight onto the globe, which is why Ethiopia, Colombia, and Indonesia keep turning up on your bag of beans.
